Players of Elden Ring may now use the power of Firebending from Avatar: The Last Airbender against their enemies in the expansive environment of the Lands Between thanks to a new update.
Since its release earlier this year, FromSoftware’s newest action role-playing game has become a runaway hit. One of its key charms is the flexibility players have in creating their own Tarnished character and experiencing the horrific game world at their leisure.
Players have even been able to introduce characters from other games and well-known franchises into the Lands Between for imaginative crossovers thanks to Elden Ring’s extensive selection of character creation tools. These feature cameos from legendary arch-enemy Ganondorf from The Legend of Zelda and Gandalf from The Lord of the Rings.
More crossovers include more unconventional characters inspired by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or Ross Gellar from the cherished 90s comedy Friends. According to a leaked player poll from Epic Games, an official crossover might include Elden Ring characters like Melina and Iron Fist Alexander into Fortnite.
Elden Ring mod turns you into a Firebender from Avatar
Elden Ring crossovers just reached a new level thanks to a mod uploaded to NexusMods by a modder going by the name clevererraptor6. The Firebending Moveset patch lets Tarnished use the deadly Firebending abilities from Avatar: The Last Airbender and its follow-up series The Legend Of Korra.
Firebending combines martial arts with natural elements like fire and lightning. A video released on clevererraptor6’s YouTube channel of a Tarnished doing a variety of fire-infused combat movements, hurling fireballs at enemies, and even channelling lightning demonstrates how effectively the assaults are reproduced in the Elden Ring Firebending Moveset patch.
Players of Elden Ring who download the most recent mod by clevererraptor6 can get a sneak peek of what a AAA Avatar: The Last Airbender game would be like, at least in terms of the potent Firebending abilities that have been used in The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra.
The elemental skills from the Last Airbender series wouldn’t be too out of place in the mystical world of Elden Ring because clevererraptor6’s mod does a good job of capturing these flame- and lightning-based abilities.
