Ubisoft showing off "multiple games" in September

Here's everything you need to know about Assassin's Creed Infinity

Ubisoft is set to show off “multiple games” in a September event, the publisher has announced.

They will show off the games at Ubisoft Forward, and you’ll be able to watch the event live on September 10th at 8pm BST.

Ubisoft has yet to confirm which games will be shown off at the event but they claim “updates and news on multiple games and projects from Ubisoft teams around the world” will be showcased.

While no games have been announced, it’s very likely that there will be more of a glimpse into the next Assassin’s Creed game.

They announced recently that “the future of Assassin’s Creed” will be shown off in September, although at the time, they did not make it clear at what type of event that will happen.

The final DLC of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will wrap up the story of Eivor, so any announcement is likely to be the next mainline instalment into the game.

There could well be another look at Assassin’s Creed Infinity, which is a rumoured spin-off of the stealth hit, but it hasn’t been confirmed.

Gamesradar reports that there could also be a look at the Prince of Persia remake, which has been delayed multiple times.

Beyond Good and Evil 2 remains on the slate for Ubisoft but we’ve heard suspiciously little about the game, and it could well be seen at the event. It probably won’t, but there remains a possibility.

It was first teased way back in 2008 and was then announced at E3 in 2017. It’s been five years since that announcement but we’ve not got a release date for it yet.

We’ll let you know when we have any confirmation on the games going into the Ubisoft event.
