Chelsea would be willing to ‘listen to offers’ for Timo Werner, Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech this summer, according to Daily Star journalist Paul Brown.

The trio have fallen down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge in recent months and have been linked with moves away from the club as a result.

What is the latest news involving Chelsea?

Werner, who is valued at £31.5m by Transfermarkt, started just 15 Premier League games last season and has reportedly been offered as a potential makeweight in a deal for Matthijs de Ligt.

And talkSPORT’s Alex Crook has previously informed GiveMeSport that he believes Chelsea ‘would be open to offers’ for Pulisic.

The USA international is valued at £37.8m by Transfermarkt yet featured from the off on just 13 occasions in the top-flight throughout 2021/22 as he continued to struggle for consistency.

Meanwhile, Italian outlet Calciomercato have claimed that AC Milan are eager to end Ziyech’s Stamford Bridge nightmare.

It’s claimed that the Rossoneri are willing to acquire the 29-year-old on loan with an obligation to make the move permanent for a fee of around €25-30m (£21.1-25.3m).

What has Brown said about Chelsea?

Brown told GiveMeSport: “I think there's already doubts over the future of about three or four forwards at Chelsea, and there has been for months, even before the new owners came in.

“It's clear they've got too many already. If they were to sign the two they want, then clearly that's a massive overload in some areas of the pitch.

“It's no surprise that you're seeing Pulisic, Werner and Ziyech as well all being offered in potential deals to bring players in; I think Chelsea would listen to offers for all of those three.”

Who could Chelsea sign?

With Romelu Lukaku re-joining Inter Milan on loan, and Werner, Pulisic and Ziyech, who is valued at £25.2m by Transfermarkt, all being linked to the exit door, attacking reinforcements will be needed in west London.

As a result, Chelsea have agreed personal terms with Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling ahead of a potential £50m switch.

Leeds United Raphinha is another name on Thomas Tuchel’s wish list, but the capital club face competition from the likes of Barcelona and Arsenal for the Brazilian’s signature.

There are set to be plenty of changes at Chelsea this summer, and Tuchel will surely be hoping he can offload some of the deadwood in his first-team squad, making room for a handful of exciting new additions.
