YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul has responded to Conor McGregor’s latest insults with a rant of his own.

It’s no secret that Jake Paul enjoys irritating mixed martial artists and it’s even less of a secret that he’s fascinated by the idea of fighting Conor McGregor. Of course, just a few years ago that idea would’ve seemed somewhat ridiculous, but that isn’t necessarily the case in the present day.

The Irishman hasn’t been in the win column for quite some time whereas Paul, as much as you may dislike it, knows how to pick winnable fights - with his unbeaten pro boxing record serving as proof of that.

McGregor recently laughed Paul off by calling him a “flop” and a “nobody”, prompting ‘The Problem Child’ to respond with a video full of accusations.

“Conor, Conor, Conor. You’re more active on Twitter than you are in the Octagon. Stop taking trenbolone and start taking fights. You’re more actively cheating on your wife than you are in the Octagon.”

“Your priorities are mixed up. Put down the bottle and get back to fighting.”

“Here’s another fun fact - in your 18th fight, you made $150,000. In my fifth fight, I made $15 million.”

Paul went on to throw a handful of other accusations at ‘Notorious’.

“You shouldn’t have f***ed with me Conor. This is my game. There’s a new king in town. I’m running s*** now.”

“Fix your calcium deficiency, stop breaking your bones, and let’s get in the f***ing ring and make $200 million.”

The next chapter for Paul

Hasim Rahman Jr is a 12-1 pro boxer and he is, if negotiations go through accordingly, going to be the next man to face Jake Paul in the YouTuber’s boxing career.

They’re scheduled to meet on August 6 at Madison Square Garden in the wake of Tommy Fury pulling out due to travel issues. This is, undoubtedly, the biggest test Jake has had to face thus far, but some are still favouring him to get the job done.

Beyond that it really is anyone’s guess as to what he’ll do upon landing a big win but one thing is for sure: he’s going to tell the world about it.

Conor McGregor, meanwhile, is still training and working hard in preparation for a rumoured return to the UFC’s Octagon.
