Oh dear.

Morata has so many good qualities, from his blistering pace for a tall man to his ability to hold the ball up and link the play.

However, there haven't been many top-level strikers in the modern era who consistently look bereft of confidence when shooting at goal.

Morata has scored plenty throughout his career, 180 at club level to be exact, but you just never feel as if he's going to ripple the back of the net when presented with the chance to do so.

Simeone's side will play CD Numancia, Manchester United and Cadiz over the course of eight days, before their La Liga opener against Getafe on August 15th.
