The Professional Fighters League has announced that a new international league, PFL Europe, will be debuting next year.Ever since its inception, PFL has set out to be the most unique mixed martial arts platform across the globe. From offering $1 million prizes for their annual champions to a fascinating league format, the promotion continues to go from strength to strength with one of the most exciting products out there in all of combat sports. It’s apt, then, that they expand even further, and they’re doing so in style after announcing today that PFL Europe will be coming in 2023.The events for PFL Europe will be staged across the continent, will be streamed in many different countries on primetime, and will play host to emerging European stars hoping to kickstart their run to the top.

A new era

“I am pleased to announce the PFL will launch PFL Europe in 2023 to further advance the sport of MMA and fuel PFL’s next phase of global expansion starting in Europe, the number one international MMA growth region,“ said PFL CEO Peter Murray. “Europe is rich with top fighters who are ready to compete in the PFL’s season format on a major stage and passionate MMA fans throughout the region will now have access to premium events staged in Europe.”
