YouTuber KSI has suffered a broken nose ahead of his comeback fight against Alex Wassabi on August 27.

Despite the nasty injury sustained in training, the 29-year-old has no intention of withdrawing from the fight and insists that it will go ahead.

KSI last fought in 2019, with victory over American Logan Paul coming in the rematch of the fight that had previously ended as a draw.

With his music career taking off, alongside YouTube and other business ventures, many felt they may not see the Sidemen member in the ring again.

With the broken nose, shown below, fans feared they would be denied the chance to see KSI seek to avenge his brother, Deji’s, loss to Wassabi earlier this year.

Speaking on the incident which resulted in his nose being broken, KSI said: "I managed to break my nose, god damnit. This is is my nose and it ain't looking good bruv. I guess it looks a bit better now but at the time that it happened it was long for man.”

The fight will take place at the O2 Arena in London and will be Wassabi’s second fight, with his only previous experience the split decision victory over Deji in March.

This will be KSI’s fourth fight, having watched the YouTube boxing scene grow hugely since his last bout with Logan Paul.

KSI is unbeaten and has made no secret of the fact that he sees the Wassabi fight as a stepping stone to a ‘mega-fight’ with Logan Paul’s younger brother, Jake.

Talking about the younger Paul brother ahead of his fight with Wasabi, KSI explained: “"I'm a dog, I'm always fighting and moving forward.

There's never a dull moment when I fight, compare me to Jake Paul. Look at Jake Paul's last fight against Tyron Woodley. If you actually watch the whole thing, it was boring as f***.”

Jake Paul currently has a 5-0 record in boxing and is set to fight Hasim Rahman Jr in August. With Jake’s brother Paul and KSI now having put their differences aside for their joint business venture, Prime, this could make things awkward in the Paul household.

If KSI is successful against Wassabi then all attention will turn to a fight with Jake Paul which is sure to have huge amounts of hype, especially in the Youtube community.
