Tottenham Hotspur cannot be ruled out of “doing any more business” during the transfer window, according to Dharmesh Sheth of Sky Sports.

Antonio Conte’s side have made six additions to their squad so far during the summer, as the club looks ahead to balancing both Premier League and Champions League football next season.

What’s the latest on Tottenham?

Of all the signings Tottenham have made so far this summer, the acquisition of Everton and Brazil striker Richarlison has made the biggest splash in the market, with the Lilywhites reportedly parting company with £60m to secure the services of the former Watford marksman.

Brighton and Mali international midfielder Yves Bissouma has also arrived at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer, for a fee which could rise from £25m to £35m in add-ons.

The club have definitely had a focus on bringing in domestic talent this summer, with Djed Spence arriving from Middlesbrough for a fee of up to £20m after a stunning season on loan at Nottingham Forest last season, whilst former Southampton goalkeeper Fraser Forster signed a deal at the club after his contract ran out at St. Mary’s this summer.

Meanwhile, Inter Milan and Croatia wideman Ivan Perišić has also arrived at the club on a free transfer this season, whilst Barcelona and France centre-back Clément Lenglet has arrived on a season-long loan deal.

And Sheth doesn’t believe that you can rule out Conte’s side making any more signings this window, with the club having until September to bring in more additions.

What has Sheth said about Tottenham?

He told GIVEMESPORT: “I don't think you can rule Tottenham out of doing any more business.

“Tottenham have surprised everyone, I think.

“If you’re a Tottenham fan, the ones I speak to, they just can't believe how quickly they've done their business.”

What next for Tottenham?

It remains to be seen as to whether Spurs decide they need to add more signings to their already impressive squad, but with plenty of the window remaining, it can’t be ruled out.

One name Spurs have been linked with is Roma’s Nicolò Zaniolo, and Spurs’ sporting director Fabio Paratici is reportedly interested in swapping Tottenham’s French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele in a bid to convince Jose Mourinho’s side to part company with the attacking midfielder.

According to reports in Spain, Conte’s side are also interested in the prospect of signing Barcelona and Netherlands international forward Memphis Depay for a £17m deal, but the player would take some persuading and would rather fight for his place at the Camp Nou.

It will be interesting to see whether Conte gets any more additions to his side, but after an already impressive window, you have to wonder how much more Daniel Levy and the ENIC group are willing to spend this summer.
