Paddy Pimblett has launched a furious rant at Jordan Leavitt after his UFC rival claimed he is going to twerk on top of him if he wins on Saturday.

The unranked lightweights prospects will collide on July 23 on the main card of UFC Fight Night at the Indigo at London's O2 Arena.

Pimblett and Leavitt have been going publicly back and forth in the build-up to the fight, with Leavitt suggesting Pimblett hasn't fought anywhere near the same level of opponents.

And Pimblett has responded furiously branding Leavitt 'an absolute crab' and warned that the American will be left disfigured by the time he's finished with him.

Speaking at a press conference, he said: "I didn't mind him before the fight got announced but he's been talking all sorts of crazy s**t and he's an absolute crab.

"Can't throw a punch to save his life and he's trying to talk s**t it's mad.

"Can't believe he's talking about my opponents. That Trey Odgen, my nan's dead and she'd finish him.

"He's p****d me off. I didn't mind him when the fight got announced. I really didn't mind him.

"He's just got a load of followers, his followers have nearly tripled just because people don't like me.

"He can talk all this s***e all he wants but he knows full well when that cage door gets shut I'm going to come out and I'm going to take his head home with me.

"I've never really been p****d off leading up to a fight. Vendramini and Vargas were pretty respectful as I was to them. But he's a little maggot and I'm going to proper batter him for it.

"I've never come into a fight wanting to hurt my opponent and I'm going to hurt him.

"If I get the chance I'm going to split him open with elbows or rearrange his face."

In fact Pimblett was so royally incensed that he repeated those claims several times during the press conference.

He added: "I'm going to come out and I'm going to take his head off.

"I'm not going to be shooting any takedowns. I'm coming to stand with him and take his head off. I'm coming to take his chin home with me.

"He can't throw a punch to save his life, he really can't.

"He doesn't come into fights to win. He comes into fights not to lose. Try and take me down and sit on top of me and sniff my balls for three rounds.

"It's not going to work.

"He's chatting all this s***e and because of it I always touch gloves but I'm not touching gloves with this little mushroom. It's not happening. I'm coming out and I'm taking his head clean off."
