Manchester United are willing to 'listen to offers' for Aaron Wan-Bissaka and his departure could result in the addition of a new right-back becoming a priority at Old Trafford, according to Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth.

The Red Devils have spent more than £65million on Tyrell Malacia, Christian Eriksen and Lisandro Martinez ahead of the new season, but new boss Erik ten Hag has until September 1 to welcome further reinforcements.

What's the latest news involving Wan-Bissaka?

Manchester United may have parted with £50million in order to sign Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace three years ago, but he appears to have an uncertain future at Old Trafford.

According to Sky Sports, Manchester United are open to offers for the 24-year-old ahead of the summer transfer deadline.

The report suggests the Red Devils are looking to offload Wan-Bissaka – who has made 126 appearances for the club – in a permanent deal, but they would also be open to negotiating a loan switch which includes an obligation to buy.

Although former employers Crystal Palace have considered making a move their academy graduate, a return to Selhurst Park has not come to fruition.

Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Manchester United are expecting offers to be forthcoming for Wan-Bissaka.

What has Dharmesh Sheth said about Wan-Bissaka?

Sheth understands that Manchester United are not prioritising the arrival of a new right-back this summer.

However, the Sky Sports reporter feels that could change if Wan-Bissaka seals his Old Trafford departure.

When asked whether the Red Devils could look to add a fresh right-back option to ten Hag's squad, Sheth told GIVEMESPORT: "Potentially later in the window. I wasn't told that it was a priority position.

"As we stand now, I personally haven't heard of any formal offers that have gone in to United for Wan-Bissaka even though I have been told that they potentially would listen to offers if they did come in.

"Right-back could be a priority position later in the window, but I don't think it is just now."

Are any Wan-Bissaka replacements being lined up?

According to Italian media outlet Calciomercato, Manchester United are in pole position to sign Inter Milan star Denzel Dumfries.

The report suggests the 35-cap Netherlands international has a £34million price tag and Chelsea are another Premier League club mulling over whether to make a move.

Spanish sources have claimed that ten Hag has also set his sights on acquiring Barcelona's Sergino Dest as he does not trust Wan-Bissaka or fellow right-back Diogo Dalot.
