No physical gifts could ever buy the reaction that Hulk got from his children. What an incredible memory.

He'll have a hard time topping this present next year, though, that is for sure.

Imagine being a football-obsessed youth and having two of the greatest players of all time, and one of the greatest players of the last decade, wish you a happy birthday? Truly a dream.

Hulk, now 35, unfortunately never quite lived up to the hype that so often surrounded him some years ago.

Rising to prominence as a result of his imposing figure - hence the nickname 'Hulk' - the Brazilian has been capped 49 times for his country and is remembered best for his spells at Porto and Zenit, as well as being a hit in EA's FIFA video game series.

Hulk was regularly linked with a move to Europe's top five leagues, but it unfortunately was not meant to be. Still, though, he has enjoyed a fine professional career for club and country, and being in a position where you can call on a favour from Neymar, Messi and Ronaldo is hardly a bad place to be in life.

Well done, Hulk. Dad of the year award definitely goes to you for this one.
