KSI has recently shown that he is ready for his comeback boxing fight.

Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji, his birth name, is due to return to the ring against Alex Wassabi.

The bout is scheduled to take place on August 27 at the O2 Arena.

In a recent video uploaded to Twitter, the 29-year-old can be seen avoiding punches whilst blindfolded.

It is fair to say that KSI is taking training very seriously, even if fans are calling him out for the nature of the clip.

He has not fought since defeating Logan Paul in their 2019 rematch. Their first fight ended in a controversial draw, but it was the Brit who got the job done second time of asking, winning via split decision.

Even though it has been nearly three years since he last stepped foot inside the ring, it appears that KSI has not lost his boxing attributes.

KSI was dodging and weaving some hard shorts, before eventually winking into the camera.

He captioned the video: "Dodging punches while blindfolded in the rain. August 27th can’t come soon enough."

KSI looks to be in tip-top shape as he aims to put on a flawless performance against Wassabi, but in the replies to the video, he's only getting called out for it clearly being staged and scripted.

"Focus on actually training instead of making these scripted videos," one replied, with another saying: "This is staged, no trainer would do this let alone do it without gloves."

Another person in KSI's mentions said: "So you can follow a set pattern you've been practicing, good job I guess? Also he's not trying to land."

Whilst someone else wrote: "So you can do choreography??? How does that help you?"

Wassabi defeated KSI’s younger brother Deji back in March to set up the intriguing bout with JJ.

Many have criticised YouTube boxing over the years, however, it appears to draw a big crowd from a wider community.

Boxing and YouTube fans come together to see how these bouts go down. Some may see the amusing side, but with that being said, there are several YouTubers who take it very seriously.

As of right now, the most famous name making a name for themselves in the ring is Jake Paul, who is set to fight Hasim Rahman Jr next month.

Paul has also called out KSI a few times over the last few months, so, if the pair win their respective fights, could we see a mouthwatering showdown between KSI and Jake Paul?

Should the fight take place, it will certainly draw incredible viewing figures.
