Jake Paul rejected a $100,000 dollar offer to spar Claressa Shields, the GWOAT herself has revealed.

The former three-weight world champion claimed she has seen him 'two or three times' since he turned down that deal but he hasn't spoken to her in person despite attending the same events.

Boxing star Shields faces Savannah Marshall on September 10 at the O2 Arena for the undisputed middleweight world championship.

The pair have been going back and forth on social media for several months now after she suffered the first defeat of her professional MMA career.

In reaction, Shields told Paul to turn up to her gym for a sparring session ahead of her unification fight next month.

But The Problem Child was having none of it as her request has apparently fallen on deaf ears.

Speaking exclusively to GiveMeSport.com about her proposed offer to Paul, Shields said: "I told him that we could spar for 100,000 dollars and whoever wins gets that 100,000 dollars. He didn't want to spar against me. And I've actually seen Jake Paul in person two or three times but he didn't say anything.

"I've seen people run up to him and ask for pictures. I'm not one of those people. That's never going to happen with me.

"I'm not a fan of him. I do think he's funny. He should be like a comedian or something.

"But I'm not a fan of the dude. I think what he's doing in boxing and bringing more eyes is great. But I just can't get jiggy with the whole thing like his attitude sucks.

"He started talking s**t after I lost my MMA fight by split decision and he was trying to big up the other girl who beat me and I was like dude you didn't even say congrats when I won my first MMA fight.

"He didn't congratulate me on all of my achievements in women's boxing. He doesn't have any respect for the sport to me. So I've never really liked the dude.

"He tried to call a truce and apologise or whatever the case may be but no f**k that apology.

"Leave me alone. I've never needed you in my career. I don't need you now.

"He can stay in his lane, and I'm going to stay in my lane, and my lane is up here.

"So it's whatever, I have nothing against him, I just don't like it when people disrespect me."

The controversial YouTuber turned boxer, backed by Nakisa Bidarian through his Most Valuable Promotions company, was originally supposed to face Tyson Fury's half-brother Tommy Fury on August 6.

Fury, however, was forced to pull out of the rearranged clash, as he was unable to get his visa granted in time.

Following the news that Fury would be unable to fly to the United States, Paul agreed to take on Hasim Rahman Jr instead in Manhattan, New York.

That plan was scrapped, however, when the promotion claimed that Rahman Jr was unwilling to meet the fight's contracted weight limit, which left them with no choice but to cancel the event as a result.

"Oh, I was shocked," Shields said, when asked for her reaction on Paul's decision to cancel the show on short notice. "Honestly, I didn't think that the fight would get cancelled. I did not see that coming.

"I do give Jake Paul props for even taking Hazim Rahman Jr as an opponent because he did have a great amateur career, his dad is Hasim Rahman, who knocked out Lennox Lewis. So I was kind of surprised to see that.

"The thing I didn't like about the Jake Paul fight being cancelled was that the whole card was cancelled. That's what I didn't like. Because I know Amanda Serrano has been in camp and she was looking forward to having her fight after Katie Taylor and then hopefully making a rematch with Katie Taylor.

"I really wish the event could have continued because I was looking forward to seeing Amanda Serrano fight because I look forward to all her fights and who doesn't want to see her fight after she fought Katie Taylor?

"But I was just shocked to see that. I don't know what really happened. I haven't really looked into it.

"I heard it was something about ten pounds or something like that, I'm not sure, but hey like I said, I'm not fighting on Jake Paul's undercard so my fights can be cancelled."
