Last night, AEW Dynamite saw the shocking break up of one of AEW's most popular and dominant factions.

A segment in the first half of the show saw the reunion of the Undisputed Elite, with Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish making their first Dynamite appearances in over a month.

Since their absence, the Young Bucks have been on a rollercoaster of a journey, winning and losing the AEW World Tag Team Championships and recently were looking for a potential partner for the upcoming tournament to crown the Inaugural AEW Trios Champions.

Adam Cole addressed the AEW fans and spoke about the loyalty of the Undisputed Elite, which led to him discussing the Trios Titles Tournament, where he stated that he and Kyle O'Reilly are still not medically cleared to wrestle and if The Bucks don't choose Bobby Fish to be their partner then they simply can't partake in the tournament.

Cole then went on to rephrase and confirm that the Bucks won't be physically capable to compete in the tournament, prompting Bobby Fish to lock in a sleeper hold on Nick Jackson and O'Reilly to buckle the knee of Matt Jackson, confirming the Undisputed Elite's break up.

Fish held a helpless Nick Jackon, who had to watch Cole set up a chair around Matt's neck and set up to stomp on the chair from the top turnbuckle.

However, at the last moment The Bucks would be saved by former friend Hnagman Adam Page who stormed to the ring with a steel pipe to even the odds. Cole O'Reilly and Fish would exit the ring.

Page would have a stand off with The Bucks and extend his hand to Matt and Nick Jackson, hinting at a potential reunion of The Elite and 'The Hungbucks' for the upcoming trios tournament.
