The 2021/22 season was one Aaron Ramsdale will never, ever forget. In the previous two campaigns, the goalkeeper suffered back-to-back relegations with Bournemouth and Sheffield United. So when Arsenal decided to bring him to north London last summer for a fee of around £25 million, the move was pretty much universally criticised. But Ramsdale well and truly silenced all of his doubters. The 24-year-old replaced Bernd Leno in Arsenal's fourth Premier League game of 2021/22 at home to Norwich City and he never looked back.Ramsdale was the Gunners' number one between the sticks for the remainder of the campaign, earning himself a regular spot in England's senior squad and keeping 15 clean sheets in total.Like everyone in his profession, the charismatic shot-stopper takes pride in going a full 90 minutes without conceding a goal, which was clear for all to see in Arsenal's All or Nothing documentary series.Aaron Ramsdale in action with ArsenalIn one of the episodes released, the Amazon cameras captured Ramsdale's furious reaction to missing out on a clean sheet in Arsenal's 3-1 home victory over Aston Villa back in October.Mikel Arteta's side raced into a 3-0 lead thanks to goals from Thomas Partey, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Emile Smith Rowe. But Villa got themselves on the scoresheet at the Emirates through Jacob Ramsey in the 82nd minute, a goal which Arsenal could have quite easily prevented. To say Ramsdale wasn't happy with the defenders in front of him would be something of an understatement...

Ramsdale was so livid that he actually had to be consoled in the dressing room by Sead Kolasinac and other members of the staff.

After his outburst, Ramsdale explained the reasoning behind his expletive-filled outburst.

"When you play for a big club you definitely feel it (pressure) and I’m loving it," Ramsdale said on All or Nothing.

"I'm not walking around saying I am the best in the world but I'll always have aspirations to get there.

"Where I've come from in terms of the past two seasons, I knew how hard clean sheets are to come by in this league. It's not just me trying to keep the ball out of the back of the net or my back four, it's everyone.

"For me, it's the main thing we're showing for 95 minutes we're concentrated and all working for the common goal. The Aston Villa game in the last five minutes where they scored another day that could be a 1-1 equaliser or a 2-1 and the last five or 10 minutes are a nervy ending."

Fair play, Aaron.
