Sergio Ramos is an incredible player.

The Spaniard, who now turns out for Paris Saint-Germain, has established himself as one of the greatest defenders to have ever played the game.

While he's a superb player, Ramos' temper sometimes lets him down.

Ramos has lost it on the pitch numerous times during his career and often finds himself in trouble with the officials.

Statistics has now emerged which shows just how undisciplined Ramos has been during his career.

Ramos' tally is unreal. How can one man be so undisciplined?!

The Spaniard has made just under 1000 appearances in his career, meaning he picks up a card every four or so games.

He has picked up 27 red cards. His last came in December, roughly nine months ago. That's some drought for Ramos.

He is 40 cards ahead of his long-term rival, Alves, at the top of the standings.

Melo completes the podium places with Pepe in fourth.

Celtic legend Brown and Liverpool icon Alonso also feature inside the top 10. Busquets is 14th, having received 185 cards since 2000, only two of them being red.

While Scholes creeps into the top 10 with 173 cards given to him in his illustrious Man United and England career.
