UFC president Dana White has undergone quite a dramatic body transformation over the years.

If you cast your minds back to the very first season of 'The Ultimate Fighter', the American businessman has changed quite a lot since then.

In more recent times he has even been compared to former WWE chairman Vince McMahon who is still pumping iron well into his 70s.

And despite spending a large chunk of his time travelling across the country, White still manages to make sure he keeps himself in shape.

Much like his good friend Joe Rogan, White uses the gym as a way to switch off from work - and the results are there for all to see.

“I’m not trying to break any world records," he told Men's Health.

"I'm 51 years old. I'm trying not to get fat and I'm trying not to get hurt. Those are my two goals everyday when I come in here.

White has gone from this...

"As I've gotten older, I've stopped doing as much heavy weights as I used to.

“I don’t do any heavy weight now. I do all light weight and make sure that every movement is perfect -and I do it for reps.

"An intense workout for me these days is doing some good cardio and on Saturdays it's my favourite workout day. We do what's called circuit Saturday.

...to this!

"I don't go out much anymore like I used to so coming over to the gym is my quiet time.

"A lot of people have been talking lately that I look different than I did, I look bigger than I've ever looked. The only thing that I've changed in the last ten years of working out is I hired a trainer. I had to get shoulder surgery a couple of years ago and it freaked me out after shoulder surgery that I would hurt the shoulder again so I hired a trainer and it completely changed everything.

"It's a game changer for me. When you have been working out by yourself your whole life then you get a trainer I recommend it for everybody. Hire a trainer, it's incredible."

Fair play, Dana. When you hardly have any spare time whatsoever, at least he's putting it to good use.
