KSI is gearing up for his boxing return later this month on August 27 when he takes on Swarmz at the O2 Arena in London in his first fight since 2019.

His first two bouts came against the brother of his rival Jake Paul, Logan Paul. Since the fights, Logan Paul and KSI have become major business partners with their sports drink ‘Prime’ being released in the UK.

Logan Paul and KSI drew their opening bout before stepping in the ring for the second time to settle the score, with JJ taking the victory and bragging rights in their rematch thanks to a split decision victory.

The pay-per-view event originally had KSI billed to fight Alex Wassabi, a fellow YouTuber who he has been having beef with on social media.

However, Wassabi has had to pull out of the bout after suffering a concussion injury in his training, leaving KSI without an opponent.

Jake Paul, who has also been left without a fight after two professional boxers, Tommy Fury and then Hasim Rahman Jr, tried to jump in and fight KSI to give them both the event their fans wanted this month.

KSI has said they will fight, but not until he has shaken off some of his ring rust, so instead he is still fighting this month but against Swarmz.

The undercard for the event will feature fights between Deji and Fousey before Faze Temperrr takes on Blueface before the main event.

Despite the fight approaching, KSI has still been busy, churning out YouTube videos for his fans, including his hit ‘I laugh I lose $’ video and making and releasing music with Tom Grennan.

A video has been shared on Twitter of KSI training with a punching bag for the fight that will be on DAZN boxing.

Fans have swarmed to the clip to share their views on the technique from KSI, with some quick to criticise whilst others support him.

Some fans have been saying: “Looks like he’s gonna hurt his elbow with that jab! Please tell me he doesn’t just flick his jab like that.”

“Terrible form. Power is alright. Speed is alright. Jake will still dust this guy lol.”

But the support has come for KSI via comments such as: “Looks loads better than the Logan fight just from this video alone.”

“Great left hook. A bit more work on the jab and the overhand and he’s sorted.”
