Bobby Lashley has called out Logan Paul on not following backstage traditions following his arrival in WWE

Logan Paul signed a multi-year deal with WWE last month and is now set to feature at a number of events for the company going forward.

Most recently, the social media star put on another impressive outing when he defeated The Miz at SummerSlam. Pulling off one of the spots of the night with his Frogsplash off the top ropes onto The Miz, who was lying on the announce table.

Yet, despite receiving plaudits for his in-ring work, Bobby Lashley has commented on Paul’s behaviour backstage since his arrival in WWE.

Speaking in an interview with Scott Fishman of TV Insider, the current United States Champion revealed that Logan ignored certain traditions with fellow WWE Superstars.

“I’m interested to see how it works out. I know he put in the work.

There is a difference though. When I first came into the business, you went up and shook everyone’s hand to get to know everyone. I haven’t gotten the chance to know Logan that much. He has passed by a few times. I walked by and shook his hand. I don’t know if he’ll be a full-time person on the roster, but it would be good for him to shake a little more hands and get to know more people."

For the most part, he has been doing great. The times he has gotten in there he has picked it up so quickly. He hasn’t had the opportunity to settle in though. If he settles in, I think he will do good."

It was reported last week that following Paul’s victory at SummerSlam it’s unlikely we’ll see him in WWE again this year as it switches focus to his boxing commitments.

However, it seems that Lashley could be sowing seeds for a new challenge to the 27-year-old once he’s ready to resume his WWE career.

You can watch Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown live every week in the US on the USA Network and FOX respectively, and in the UK on BT Sport.
