KSI is gearing up to step foot in the ring once again when he takes on Swarmz at the O2 Arena in London later this month in a battle of the rappers.
The famous YouTuber was originally scheduled to face fellow content creator, Alex Wassabi, who he has had beef with on social media for a while.
Wassabi was forced to pull out of the fight after suffering a concussion injury whilst training, leaving KSI limited time to find a replacement for the pay-per-view event.
It will consist of three fights, culminating in the showdown between KSI and Swarmz. First, Deji, KSI’s brother, takes on Fousey whilst Faze Temperrr goes toe-to-toe with Blueface in the middle fight on the night.
Jake Paul threw himself in the ring to fight after he was left with no event after Hasim Rahman Jr pulled out of the Madison Square Garden spectacle, following in the footsteps of Tommy Fury who he replaced on the main event fight with The Problem Child.
Both went back and forth on social media, with the fight looking like it will happen, KSI just wants to shake off some of his rustiness in the ring first.
He hasn’t fought since 2019 when he defeated his now business partner, Logan Paul, who is the brother of new foe, Jake Paul.
The pair took each other on twice, with KSI coming away undefeated after a draw in the opening bout and a split decision victory second time round.
It’s been a long time away from the ring, with so many other projects for him to take on in the meantime to keep busy.
However, he is taking this fight incredibly serious, showing off his insane transformation in 2022 to get in perfect shape for the fight.
KSI has been working on every aspect of his game and physique, including a gruelling neck workout which looks incredibly painful and dangerous.
A clip has been shared on Twitter which shows how he is working on his neck in the ring. He rolls onto his head and flips over, keeping his head grounded.
After that, he runs around in a circle, keeping his head as still as possible to keep his neck muscles working and ensuring he is getting everything he needs to out of the session.
It’s safe to say though, it looks incredibly dangerous and we’d suggest you refrain from trying this one at home!
