It now seems more likely than ever that 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt is going to return to WWE.Bray Wyatt was released by WWE last year on July 31, a decision that caught many fans and members of the WWE roster by surprise.Wyatt was clearly one of the most creative wrestlers of his generation, but for whatever reason, it seemed like Vince McMahon just didn't quite understand his character. So, when Vince retired from WWE and stepped aside from his active roles as Head of Creative, CEO and Chairman, many fans thought that Wyatt might see himself back with the wrestling giant.Bray Wyatt could be brought back to WWEBray Wyatt could be brought back to WWEIt seems like that speculation may have some validity, as Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful has posted an interesting update on Wyatt's future.Taking to Twitter, Sean said that some WWE higher-ups feel like they are "more likely than before" to re-sign Wyatt to a contract, as shared by WrestleTalk. It's worth noting that the exact reasons for the renewed optimism weren't made clear, but Sean said that he's doing to be posting a detailed report this week on the matter, so we should find out more then.

The timing is interesting, and while the reasons higher-ups are now confident aren't known, you have to suspect that they something to do with the leadership changes going on in WWE right now.

If Wyatt does come back to WWE he won't be the only former Superstar to do so, with Triple H bringing back four released stars over the last few weeks.

Dakota Kai was brought back at SummerSlam on July 30, with Scarlett Bordeaux and Karrion Kross also being rehired in time for last week's episode of SmackDown, where they made their shock returns.

That was followed up again on this week's episode of Monday Night Raw, with Dexter Lumis making his main roster debut in what was also his return to the company following his release in April 2022.

The returns are supposedly set to continue beyond the four aforementioned names too, with the likes of Johnny Gargano, Naomi and Sasha Banks rumoured to be rejoining WWE over the coming weeks.

As noted, a detailed report on Bray's potential return to WWE is going to be published later on this week, so make sure you stay tuned to GiveMeSport for any potential news updates that may emerge from that.
