Ronda Rousey has returned to the WWE in style following her suspension from the company.

During a SmackDown episode last night, the 35-year-old appeared through the audience and walked to the ring and paid her fine.

She didn’t do it in a way that you would expect, however, as she paid it using a big bag that was filled with money.

Rousey was initially fined when she attacked an official at the SummerSlam event back in July.

After a controversial defeat to bitter rival Liv Morgan, the former UFC star responded by attacking her opponent and the referee, which then led to her subsequent suspension and fine.

Speaking to the SmackDown crowd, Rousey said: “I know, I know I’m not supposed to be here after I was suspended for my actions at SummerSlam.

“I was also fined a lot of money, let’s be honest it’s not gonna be the last time.

“Being the baddest gets expensive, but I can afford it.”

The crowd definitely got behind Rousey as they cheered her on as she unzipped the bag of money and dumped the contents onto a table.

Security then headed towards the ring as they looked to remove the American.

Rousey then met one of the security guards at the arena floor and delivered a hip toss to one of the guards.

Shayna Baszler appeared to tell her that she has to play by the WWE rules before Rousey headed backstage.

That allowed Baszler and Morgan to sign a contract to confirm a clash between the two wrestlers.

The encounter will happen at the Clash at the Castle event in Cardiff in a few weeks’ time and Rousey will be eager to see who comes out on top.

It remains to be seen when the former MMA star will next fight in the ring, but her actions during last night’s event may delay that even further.
