WATCH: QPR goalkeeper Dieng scores late equaliser

Absolutely incredible scenes. We're only three games into the Championship season and goalkeepers are scoring equalisers.

The goal was vital in rescuing a point from a game where QPR looked dead and buried, while also giving Dieng, and the fans, a moment to cherish forever.

A share of the points mean Sunderland maintain their unbeaten return to the Championship with a second draw in as many games, but will no doubt feel like a loss to Alex Neil and his side, who were in cruise control with a 2-0 lead until the 87th minute.

QPR, meanwhile, will be boosted by the fight of such a late comeback and the incredible and rare feeling that comes with a goalkeeper getting on the scoresheet.

Going 2-0 down to a side who have just been promoted from League One should of course be a concern for Beale's side, but those concerns will no doubt be overruled by the jubilation that comes with such a snatch and grab point, and the frantic scenes of Dieng being the man to come up with the goods in front of goal.
