Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday afternoon was packed full of drama.

Harry Kane scored a stoppage-time equaliser for the visitors after Reece James put the Blues 2-1 ahead st Stamford Bridge, but that was far from the game's main headline moment.

Instead, it was the touchline rivalry between Antonio Conte and Thomas Tuchel, which made for pure Box Office viewing.

The two managers first clashed after Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg made it 1-1 in rather controversial fashion, the Denmark international cancelling out Kalidou Koulibaly's superb opener.

Kai Havertz was fouled by Rodrigo Bentancur 41 seconds before Hojbjerg's goal was scored, but the officials didn't award a free-kick to Chelsea.

Tuchel was fuming with the decision made by the referee and linesman, so to add fuel to the fire, his opposite number chose to celebrate right in his face on the touchline.

It was absolute chaos for a little while, with both managers rightly booked for their actions.

Conte and Tuchel's handshake after Anthony Taylor brought an end to a bona fide Premier League classic caused absolute chaos and it's a minor miracle that things didn't boil over even more than they did.

We're sorry to bring up an overused cliche, but you just love to see it. Absolute prime Barclays right there.

Conte and Tuchel's skirmish at the end of a thriller at Stamford Bridge means neither of them will be on the touchline for their team's Premier League fixtures next weekend.

Spurs host Wolverhampton Wanderers in Saturday's early kick-off, while Chelsea face a tough trip to Leeds United on Sunday afternoon.

The two London giants next play each other on February 23rd and you can bet there will be more fireworks in that fixture.
