West Ham have shown interest in Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi and Watford's Ismaila Sarr in the past, claims transfer insider Dean Jones.

Both players are currently being linked with moves away from their respective clubs, and Jones thinks they would be easy deals to do.

What is the latest news involving Hudson-Odoi and Sarr?

90min recently reported that West Ham have Hudson-Odoi on their radar. It comes after claims that the winger has asked Chelsea for a loan move before the transfer window shuts.

As for Sarr, there has been some talk about Manchester United being interested in the Watford attacker.

Also per 90min, United are considering Sarr after cooling their interest in former West Ham star Marko Arnautovic, who is now plying his trade at Bologna.

The London Stadium outfit have managed to improve their attack this summer with the addition of Maxwel Cornet, who can also play at left-back and left-midfield/left wing-back, but it appears that manager David Moyes may not be done there.

What has Jones said about Hudson-Odoi, Sarr and West Ham?

If West Ham really want Hudson-Odoi and Sarr, Jones does not believe they should be difficult deals for David Gold and David Sullivan to do.

Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, the journalist said: "Ismaila Sarr and Hudson-Odoi are players they've had interest in. There's no doubt about that, both reasonably easy to do as well given both players want transfers before deadline day.

"So I think that's the path and the avenues that West Ham need to be exploring at the moment. They haven't got time to waste; they've had too many frustrations in this window to keep hitting dead ends anymore."

Who should West Ham sign, Hudson-Odoi or Sarr?

Both Hudson-Odoi and Sarr are good wide men. The former does not always play at Chelsea, but when he does, he is capable of making an impact.

Last season, the England international made 1.7 key passes per league game, which was the fourth-highest average in Thomas Tuchel's squad (via WhoScored), showing that he can bring creativity to his side.

Regarding Sarr, the incredible goal he scored against West Brom last Monday probably epitomises the talent he possesses.

If West Ham had to choose between the two, though, then Sarr probably makes a bit more sense. The Senegal international, who is thought to be on £71,000 a week at Vicarage Road, should be available for a permanent transfer, with Jones recently telling GMS that Watford value him at £25m.

£120,000-a-week Hudson-Odoi, on the other hand, only wants a loan move it seems, so he would be quite a short-term signing for West Ham.
