A new damning report has emerged looking at the broken relationship between ex-WWE CEO Vince McMahon and former WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt.

Vince McMahon released Bray Wyatt from WWE in July 2021, a decision that came as a shock to many wrestlers, wrestling pundits, and wrestling fans.

Now that Vince has retired from WWE, more stories have come out about his time running the company, and a new report has looked at his relationship with Bray, explaining perhaps why he was let go.

Fightful Select is reporting that the relationship between Bray and Vince was majorly broken, leading to the former WWE Champion leaving the company last year.

The report explains that last year, the former WWE Chairman was said to be "done" with Bray, and didn't even like him on a personal level.

In a damning line, the report said that Vince would "shout derogatory things" at Bray, specifically regarding his physique.

Wrestlers that Fightful spoke to are of the belief that Vince's issues with Bray stemmed from the fact that he was willing to criticise WWE over his lack of creative direction as it pertains to his character.

which the talent believes actually stemmed from the fact that Wyatt would often criticize the lack of creative direction that his stories or characters would go to.

Bray Wyatt could be brought back to WWE

The report also looks at the reports from last year which stated that Wyatt was let go for being "difficult to work with", explaining that this line likely came directly from Vince.

When word emerged of Bray Wyatt having a "bad attitude," that came from those who worked directly with Vince McMahon. "When things were s***, Wyatt would say they were s***, and Vince saw that as difficult to deal with."

To conclude, one higher-up within WWE explained that they saw Bray "fitting way better in today's landscape of WWE", likely mainly due to Vince leaving the company.

Bray has been a hot topic of conversation at the moment, as now that Triple H is in charge of WWE, reports state that he could well be in line for a sensational return to the company.
