Ronda Rousey has poked fun at the WWE and the reported budget cuts which led to a whole host of talent being released with a brutal post on Instagram.

The former UFC star showed up on SmackDown this week, making her first appearance since she was fined and suspended last month.

The 35-year-old appeared in some style as she entered the ring with a bag of money and emptied it onto a table in order to pay the fine that was issued to her by the WWE.

And in the aftermath, she has now produced a cold post on Instagram, which no doubt her fans will love.

The caption on the post says: “Use that cash wisely WWE – maybe it can help with those ‘budget cuts.’

“Bring back some asses for me to kick.”

Since Triple H has taken over as Head of Creative at the company, he’s brought back a number of stars that Vince McMahon had released.

Wrestlers such as Karrion Kross, Scarlett, Dakota Kai and Dexter Lumis have already returned with more expected to follow.

Rousey was initially fined and suspended last month when she attacked a referee at SummerSlam. Replays showed that Liv Morgan tapped out before a three count, but the ref stuck with their original decision – which they presumably regretted.

That hasn’t stopped Rousey from being a part of one of the biggest storylines right now, as she showed up on SmackDown before a contract signing between Liv Morgan and Shayna Baszler.

Meanwhile, Rousey's social media post hasn’t gone unnoticed by Becky Lynch, as she responded to a fan who suggested that it is similar to what the Irish star did a few years ago.

She responded to a tweet by saying: “Ronnie loves The Man.”

The Man is a nickname that Lynch has gone by for a few years now as she claims to be the number one wrestler at the company.

It was thought that Rousey and Lynch would fight at WrestleMania 39, but as of writing this article, it’s unclear if that will now be the case.
