Leeds United have been looking at Christian Pulisic and his Chelsea team-mate Callum Hudson-Odoi, according to transfer insider Dean Jones.

Both Blues players seem open to moves away from Stamford Bridge this summer, and it appears that Jesse Marsch has an interest in the pair.

What is the latest news involving Pulisic and Hudson-Odoi?

Right now, Newcastle United seem to be the club who are really keen on Pulisic and Hudson-Odoi.

The Athletic recently reported that Pulisic is definitely a wide option the Magpies would consider if Chelsea made him available.

The same outlet has also stated that they have asked the west London club to keep them informed about Hudson-Odoi and Conor Gallagher's availability.

Pulisic has come off the bench in the Blues' first two fixtures of the new season, but Hudson-Odoi is yet to feature at all.

What has Jones said about Pulisic, Hudson-Odoi and Leeds?

Jones has told GIVEMESPORT that as well as Newcastle, Leeds have also been looking at Pulisic and Hudson-Odoi.

Speaking to GMS, the journalist said: "Newcastle are very much in the market for those two players, but I know Leeds have been having a look, too."

Can Leeds lure Pulisic and Hudson-Odoi to Elland Road?

Pulisic will be tricky. Chelsea bought him for £58m back in 2019, so he is not going to be cheap if it is a permanent deal Leeds are considering.

You would also have to wonder if the former Borussia Dortmund man would be willing to depart Stamford Bridge for a club not in the Champions League. All in all, the Whites would probably have a lot of convincing to do to bring him to Elland Road this summer.

Hudson-Odoi, on the other hand, looks like a different case. Reports suggest that he is just desperate for a loan move so that he can gain more game time.

If Marsch can get either player in, then it could be amazing business by Leeds. Both Chelsea stars are very talented individuals who have not always been given runs in the team to showcase their ability.

Last season, Pulisic won 1.4 fouls per game, the third-highest average in Thomas Tuchel's squad, while Hudson-Odoi made 1.7 key passes, the fourth-highest average (via WhoScored), so you can see the kind of threat that they would bring to Leeds.

Ultimately, the Whites may have a hard time trying to convince Pulisic to leave the former European champions for Elland Road. However, if they can guarantee Hudson-Odoi regular playing time, then he could be open to a move.
