During last night's episode of Monday Night Raw, Drew McIntyre and Kevin Owens cut two of the best promos of their respective WWE careers.WWE Superstars have apparently been given more freedom with their promos since Triple H took over as Head of Creative, and that was on full display last night.During last night's show, Owens and McIntyre shared the ring for an intense promo battle, signifying exciting new directions for their characters.Owens spoke about how he got goosebumps walking into the Capital One Arena last night, the venue where his iconic Battleground 2016 match with Sami Zayn also took place. The former Universal Champion said that he'd realised something was missing from his character, and as you can see below, brought back his old 'Prizefighter' catchphrase."I actually got goosebumps because I realised that this is the very same arena that at Battleground, Sami Zayn and I had the fight of our lives and left everything we had in that ring. We gave people a match they still talk about six years later. I realised there's a side of me that's been missing for far too long, and I miss that side. I miss the old Kevin Owens. I think it's time to bring back the Kevin Owens that people called 'The Prizefighter'."

McIntrye took to the mic and responded in turn, delivering a fantastic promo of his own to his fellow WWE Superstar.

Drew said that people think he's had it easy in WWE, but went on to speak about all the things he's had to overcome to become a two-time WWE Champion.

"I was the chosen one 15 years ago, then I got fired. I had to work my a** off and earn my way back to this company. I didn't call WWE, they called me and I've worked my a** off every day since. I'm a two-time champion. I've beaten Brock Lesnar, Goldberg, Randy Orton and everyone that's stood in my path. Don't you dare look me in the eye and pull that BS again."

Unsurprisingly, fans have taken to social media to praise both Owens and Drew for their outstanding promo work on last night's show.
