The summer transfer window is reaching the business end as Premier League and European clubs look to get some last-ditch signing over the line.

The last few weeks of any window can always prove to be a rather frantic affair, with panicked clubs throwing money around like toddlers in a candy shop.

Already a monumental pile of cash has been spent by clubs in the off-season and that looks set to grow in the coming days as they look to finalise their squads for the campaign ahead.

The likes of Liverpool and Real Madrid coughed up massive sums to bring Darwin Nunez and Aurelien Tchouameni to their respective clubs while Barcelona went on a wild spending-spree.

So, while business savvy clubs can make an absolute killing from the sale of players, they are not the only ones who will be laughing all the way to the bank this summer.

That is because, if you’re a successful football agent, then summer truly is the most wonderful time of the year.
