The 2022/23 football season has started and excitement is increasing as the Champions League Group Stage draw will happen very soon.

The 2021/22 Champions League saw a lot of great drama and entertainment, and Real Madrid managed big wins against Premier League sides Manchester City and Chelsea on their way to beating Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool 1-0 in the final.

The prestigious tournament is arguably the best football tournament on the planet and one of the biggest competitions in sport, so everyone can't wait for the Group Stages to begin.

Not all teams automatically gain a place in the last 32 of the tournament, and the qualifiers for the Group Stages have already begun.

Football fans will be very excited as the Champions League Group Stage Draw for 2022/23 will happen on Thursday 25th August 2022. There is not long to wait at all for this draw.

Champions League 2022/23 Group Stage draw time

For those wondering, the draw for the Group Stages will be at 5 PM BST/6 PM CET). The draw typically includes a lot of build-build-using interviews and highlights of the great competition. The Group Stage draw will also see the hosts present awards for the best players of the Champions League 2021/22 season.

How to watch the 2022/23 Champions League draw

There are a couple of ways in which fans in England can watch the Champions League draw. The official UEFA website will be showing it and BT Sport will also be televising the draw.


How to Live Stream the 2022/23 Champions League Group Stage draw

If you are looking to live stream the draw, you can do so via the BT Sport app or Virgin streaming service.

You need to have an account or a monthly pass to access the live stream, so make sure you have everything you need before kick-off. The monthly pass costs £25. The UEFA website will also be live streaming the draw for free if you do not already have BT Sport.
