West Ham United are 'in the market' and looking to lure more players to the London Stadium ahead of the transfer window slamming shut, according to Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth.

The Hammers have failed to pick up a single point from their opening three matches of the Premier League season, but boss David Moyes could strengthen his squad ahead of the 11pm deadline on September 1.

Who have West Ham signed so far?

Emerson Palmieri became West Ham's latest acquisition when the left-back completed a £15million move from London rivals Chelsea earlier this week.

The 27-cap Italy international has not been the Hammers' only defensive arrival as £30million was splashed out on Nayef Aguerd and, after the former Rennes man sustained an ankle injury which required surgery in pre-season, a further £10.1million was spent on signing Thilo Kehrer from Paris Saint-Germain.

Kehrer followed Alphonse Areola to the London Stadium after the goalkeeper's loan move from the reigning Ligue 1 champions was made permanent for £7.75million, while Moyes dipped into the Championship and raided Swansea City to land central midfielder Flynn Downes for £12million.

West Ham forked out £35.5million to secure the services of striker Gianluca Scamacca from Italian side Sassuolo.

Maxwel Cornet, who suffered relegation to the Championship last season, has made a quickfire return to the Premier League thanks to the Hammers activating the £17.5million release clause written into his Burnley contract.

What has Dharmesh Sheth said about West Ham's business?

Sheth believes that West Ham are eager to welcome more fresh faces to east London ahead of the transfer window slamming shut.

The Sky Sports reporter understands that the Hammers' hierarchy are backing Moyes and they are not fearing relegation after a poor start to the campaign.

Sheth told GIVEMESPORT: "I still think they're in the market to bring in a few.

"They've already signed seven players and Emerson's arrival has taken their spending to more than £120million. This is the biggest outlay in any window for West Ham United.

"It's not that they're not backing the manager - they are. There's concern at the start of the season because of the results and they haven't scored. There's no panic, though."

Who are West Ham looking to sign?

West Ham have failed with a £9.2million offer, which included an extra £1.6million in add-ons, for Club Brugge attacking midfielder Hans Vanaken.

However, the Hammers have been boosted in their pursuit as the 21-cap Belgium international has made it clear that he wants to make the switch to the London Stadium.

It is understood that Moyes is plotting a loan move for Chelsea star Conor Gallagher as well, while his Stamford Bridge team-mate Armando Broja is also on West Ham's radar.

The Hammers have been offered the chance to sign Ainsley Maitland-Niles, with Arsenal looking to offload the 24-year-old, while they have entered advanced talks with Lyon playmaker Lucas Paqueta after submitting a £33.7million bid.
