What an absolute legend. Zlatan loved it, the Swedish striker bursting into a fit of laughter after watching Bailly swing his crutch like a maniac.

English football is going to miss you, Eric.

The 2017 Europa League final was the last time United got their hands on silverware, although the team and Bailly had the chance to win the competition again in 2021.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side took on Villarreal in that year's finale, but were beaten on penalties following a tense 1-1 draw.

Bailly played the majority of the match at centre-back alongside Victor Lindelof, although he was hauled off just four minutes before the end of extra-time.

That robbed us of the chance to see him take a penalty, which would no doubt have contained some element of chaos.

It couldn't have been worse than David De Gea's effort, that's for sure...
