Chelsea are 'poised for a decision' on what is a 'big day' in the Stamford Bridge outfit's pursuit of Barcelona striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to transfer insider Dean Jones.

According to Sky Sports, Chelsea have entered advanced talks in their bid to land Aubameyang and all parties are optimistic that an agreement will be found.
The report suggests the deal under discussion is thought to be worth between £15million and £25million for the 63-cap Gabon international.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Chelsea and Barcelona are due to be in contact, through intermediaries, today as they look to rubber-stamp the switch.
It appears that Aubameyang, who only left London after his Arsenal contract was terminated by mutual consent in February, is on the brink of being unveiled as Chelsea's latest acquisition.
That is because there have been claims that the 33-year-old is currently at the airport ahead of completing his move to Stamford Bridge.

Jones believes it is a key day in Chelsea's pursuit of Aubameyang as the west Londoners are set to discover whether they have got their man.
The transfer insider understands that Tuchel and co-owner Todd Boehly are desperate to add a goalscorer to the Blues' squad as soon as possible.
Speaking to GIVEMESPORT on Thursday, Jones said: "I think this is a big day, actually, for the Aubameyang deal. I think Chelsea are poised for a decision either way on this.
"They want to know what's happening because, obviously, they need goals very, very quickly."

Not only has Aubameyang excelled in English football before, having scored 92 goals and won the FA Cup along with the Community Shield during his time on Arsenal's books, but he knows Tuchel well.
The frontman found the back of the net 79 times and racked up a further 17 assists in 95 appearances under the current Chelsea chief at Borussia Dortmund, so the German clearly knows how to get the best out of him.
