KSI is set to make history this weekend when he takes on two boxing fights on the same night, stepping foot in the ring with Swarmz, who is a rapper, before finishing the night against professional boxer, Luis Pineda.

It’s just another example of the content creator going from strength to strength in his career, going from playing FIFA in his bedroom to releasing his own music, drinks brand and headlining the O2 Arena in London for boxing.

His music career has seen him recently release a new single with Tom Grennan in the build up to his fight, as well as sponsoring his beloved Arsenal with his Prime drink that was founded by himself and former boxing foe, Logan Paul.

The first time he stepped foot in the ring with Paul ended with the duo drawing their white collar contest, before deciding to have their rematch as professional bout, adding to the spectacle for those in attendance and watching on pay-per-view.

Thankfully we got a conclusion in the second fight, with KSI winning the bout with the judges giving him the victory via a split decision.

After a three-year absence from the ring, KSI will need to shake the ring rust off against his novice opponent Swarmz to prepare for the bout with professional fighter Pineda who has a negative record as a professional,  but still signals his toughest test to date.

He clearly is trying to pull out all the stops for these fights, with him making a huge statement today at the weigh-in.

With two fights, it meant that KSI has to get creative, and get creative he did. Instead of having two face offs consecutively, he decided to go against both at once.

It helps to show how he really is putting himself up against it taking on two fights in one night, with the image portrayed showing him as a real underdog who is scrapping it out against the odds. It certainly was incredibly clever from KSI who knew exactly what he was doing with his entertainment.

I’m not sure we’ve ever seen a face-off like this in the past, nor will we get one again. YouTube boxing, love it or hate it, is breaking new ground for the sport and adding things we didn’t think we’d see.
