Last night on AEW Rampage, the Trios Championship Tournament continued as Dark Order collided with The House Of Black. Plus, Claudio Castagnoli defended the ROH Championship against Dustin Rhodes and more.

Dark Order def The House Of Black- Trios Tournament

The match began with the powerhouses Brody King and Preston "10" Vance squaring off. Vance tried to drop King with lariats, but King was like an immovable object.

Vance tagged in Silver after it appeared he had tweaked the knee that was supported by the brace over his tights. Silver and Matthews collided before Reynolds and Malakai Black couldn't get the upper hand and came to a face-off.

As the match progressed, all men brawled in the ring, and Dark Order came close as Vance locked in the full nelson on Black in the middle of the ring, but Malakai would use his ring awareness to break the hold by targetting the damaged knee of Vance.

As Vance looked to tap out, the signature horn hit, and Miro stormed out onto the stage to confront The House Of Black. Miro would take out King and Matthews, and as Black was distracted, he was rolled up by Alex Reynolds, who picked up a shocking victory for the Dark Order.

The numbers game of The House Of Black got the best of Miro, and they laid him out on the mat before being confronted by Darby Allin and Sting.

Wardlow ( c ) vs Ryan Nemeth- TNT Championship

As Wardlow waited for the bell, he was confronted by an onlooking Jay Lethal, who stood on the stage alongside Sonjay Dutt, Satnam Singh and one-half of the Motor City Machine Guns in Chris Sabin.

Wardlow made quick work of Nemeth, making a statement after hitting his opponent with a powerbomb symphony.

Powerhouse Hobbs def Ashton Day-

Hobbs was out to make a statement to former partner Ricky Starks after AEW announced that the two will collide next Sunday at All Out.

Hobbs hit Day with a series of lariats before dropping him with a vicious spine buster to pick up the victory.

Post-match saw the cameras pan backstage where The Factory had battered Starks, much to the delight of Hobbs.

Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo def Ruby Soho and Ortiz-

Soho and Oritz showcased great tag team offence from the get-go, but a distraction from Melo on the apron allowed Sammy time to regroup and shift the momentum into his favour after dropping Ortiz with a jumping knee.

Both teams continued to show strong offence, with Soho, even hitting a poisonrana on Guevara.

However, this wouldn't be enough as a distraction allowed Anna Jay to attack Soho on the outside before Guevara hit the springboard cutter on a bloodied Ortiz to pick up the victory.

Claudio Castagnoli ( c ) def Dustin Rhodes- ROH World Championship

Both men respected the code of honour and shook hands before the match began.

Rhodes came out the gate guns blazing with him utilising his technical ability to try and dissect and out wrestle Castagnoli. Rhodes continued the pressure, dropping Castagnoli with a hurricanrana off the top rope.

However, the turning point of the match saw Castagnoli hit Rhodes with the swing before hitting a huge uppercut to pick up the victory and retain his title and stay undefeated in AEW.
