As a result of The United Empire's Will Ospreay and Aussie open defeating Death Triangle on Dynamite, they will advance to next week's semi-finals when they take on The Elite.

Ospreay and Aussie Open advanced after a little bit of help from a returning Kip Sabian, who took out All-Atlantic Champion Pac.

Ospreay picked up the victory after hitting the Hidden Blade and the Oz-Cutter.

It will be the first time The Elite and United Empire will collide, and the rivalry between Ospreay and Omega is evident, even though the two haven't been in the same company for years.

A lot of their confrontation has come from Twitter, even with Omega sending Ospreay a cease & desist letter for Will's merch, where he appears to poke fun at Kenny Omega and his 'Best Bout Machine' nickname.

The end of Dynamite saw Omega "welcome" Ospreay and give him the microphone to give the fans a goodbye.

Omega and Ospreay would ignite the build-up to the match, with both men insulting one another before Ospreay wanted to welcome Omega and The Bucks to the ring.

Kenny looked ready to go, but Don Callis would hold him back while the Bucks strolled behind in case anything did kick off.

Ospreay and Omega is a dream scenario for AEW and wrestling fans, and this bout could lead to a potential singles feud down the line. However, the winner of the Dynamite final will face the winner of next week's Rampage final between The Dark Order and Best Friends.
