West Ham have a number of defenders currently out injured, including Aaron Cresswell, Ben Johnson, Craig Dawson and new signing Nayef Aguerd who will all be unavailable for the Hammers this Wednesday. Lucas Paqueta may potentially be registered in time to play, but it remains to be seen whether he will play.

As for Spurs, some great news is that Cristian Romero and Oliver Skipp are both back in training, and both could be in contention for this game. The same can't be said for Bryan Gil and Lucas Moura - who both will be unavailable after picking up knocks.

Conte could also potentially rotate the front three, with Richarlison potentially coming in for Heung Min-Son.
