Sony has announced September’s PlayStation Plus line-up, and there are some great titles for players to get their hands on, including a AAA racing great.
The monthly games will go live on Tuesday, September 6th and will be available until Monday, October 3rd, with new additions to all of the PS Plus tiers.
Of course, the newly revamped PS Plus has subscription tiers.
The basic tier – titled Essential – will still receive three free games per month that are available to download on both PS5 and PS4.
Extra members will be able to download games within the PS Plus game catalogue, while those who are Premium subscribers will have access to newly added retro games that came out on systems such as the PS1, PS2 and PS3.
August’s Essential games were Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Little Nightmares, and these are available to download until September 5th.

Those who have access to the entire back catalogue are getting some truly superb games this month, most notably Deathloop, which was a huge critical hit when it was released in 2021.
The game was a PS5 exclusive and has a Metacritic score of 88 from 109 critical reviews, making it the eighth best PS5 game of 2021.
It’s a really twisty story with some gorgeous graphics and superior gunplay, and it’s now available for basically anyone to try out.
We’d highly recommend giving it a go!
