The co-founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, has been showing off his MMA skills on his Instagram, with plenty heaping the praise on him, including UFC legend Conor McGregor.

Zuckerberg has taken to one of the social media platforms he owns in Instagram to share a video of him working out with Khai Wu.

He was gearing up for his UFC bout with Joshua Dillion during Urijah Faber’s A1 Combat 5, although the entrepreneur is an interesting choice of sparring partner!

It proved not to be sufficient preparation (although he will obviously have done much more than just spar with the businessman), with Dillion securing the victory over him.

As you can imagine, the footage of Zuckerberg sparring with the professional mixed martial artist went viral, even prompting the likes of McGregor to comment on what he saw.

Posting the video with the caption: “One of my training partners, Khai Wu is making his debut on UFC Pass tonight. Looking forward to a great fight.”

The video showed us the Meta owner impressing with his skills, striking and wrestling with his professional partner.

Notorious took notice of what he saw, saying: “Yo!!! F*****g awesome Mark.”

Famous UFC commentator Joe Rogan also jumped in, commenting: “This is great! I’m so happy to see this. Training looks solid too!”

Sean O’Malley, who is the current bantamweight champion in the UFC also joined in, adding: “Damnnn!! Love seeing this.”

Another UFC champion in the form of Aljamain Sterling adding his thoughts: “This is really amazing to see! UFC debut might be coming soon for you too!”

During the last 12 months, Zuckerberg joined the Joe Rogan podcast and confessed his love for the sport, saying: “I used to just run a lot and just do that. Since COVID, I got super into surfing and foiling, and then got really into MMA.

“I know a bunch of people who are into it. There’s actually this really interesting connection between people who surf and do jiu-jitsu.

“I basically collected a bunch of recommendations, ran them by a bunch of people who I know, and I trained with this guy Dave Camarillo [at] Guerilla Jiu Jitsu.

“The crazy thing is, it really is the best sport. From the very first session that I did, like five minutes in I was like ‘where has this been my whole life?”

Could you imagine the scenes if Mark Zuckerberg was to step foot into the Octagon and take part in a UFC bout?!
