Dempsey names Tottenham as UCL dark horses - Henry reacts
Dempsey also had his fellow pundit Henry laughing earlier in the show, albeit for different reasons.
When asked which teams they fancy to win this seasonâs Champions League, Dempsey said: âIâll do something different, Iâll pick a dark horse. Iâm not biased at all but I think maybe Tottenham.â
Arsenal legend Henryâs reaction was priceless.

The Frenchman said: âShall I leave now? What?!â
He then turned away from the former Spurs midfielder.
â[Antonio] Conteâs a winner,â Dempsey added. âMaybe he doesnât have a great record in the Champions League, but I think itâs them.
âItâs looking like theyâre going from strength to strength and theyâve done well in the transfer window.â

Tottenham begin their Champions League campaign against Marseille on Wednesday night.
Conteâs men will be expected to qualify from Group D, which also contains Eintracht Frankfurt and Sporting Lisbon.
