AEW recently announced on Rampage that this Wednesday on Dynamite, there will be a Women's tag team match featuring some of the best wrestlers in the division as the Interim Championship picture heats up.

New AEW Interim Women's Champion Toni Storm will team up with one of her opponents from ALL OUT, Hikaru Shida, to take on Dr Britt Baker and Serena Deeb.

Storm has heaps of momentum since winning the championship, defeating Penelope Ford in a championship contenders match this past week on Dynamite.

Toni picked up the victory after hitting Ford with the same DDT that won her the championship.

However, her opponents will be looking to dethrone Storm before her reign can gain full momentum as Britt Baker has her eyes on gold, and so does Serena Deeb, who has been dominant in AEW competition in the past few weeks.

Deeb picked up an impressive victory last night on Rampage after making Madison Rayne submit to the Serenity Lock.

Deeb will stand across from arguably her fiercest rival in AEW, Hikaru Shida, with the two having a series of bouts over the course of months.

An interesting detail for this match is the role that Jamie Hayter will have after Baker prevented her from winning the Interim AEW Women's Champion at ALL OUT.

Post-match saw the two argue backstage and Hayter storming off past Hayter. Therefore, it is unknown what mindset Baker will be in going into the bout and whether Hayter will be by her side or if Hayter will be out for revenge against the former AEW Women's Champion.

Baker and Deeb will still have an advantage, with Rebel advertised as being in their corner for the match.

The direction of the match could determine Storm's next feud.
