Seth Rollins could be about to enter a rather interesting feud in WWE, at least if recent reports are to be believed.

While Seth Rollins may not be preparing to feud with Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, it seems like Triple H is planning for him to challenge for another title.

Reports from reputable sources state that there has been some talk within WWE about Seth Rollins challenging for Bobby Lashley's United States Championship soon.

What are WWE's plans for Seth Rollins?

At Clash at the Castle last week, Seth Rollins defeated Matt Riddle, and while many fans expected the feud to continue, it doesn't appear as if that's going to be happening.

PWInsider is reporting that Rollins would be about to enter a feud with United States Champion Bobby Lashley on Monday Night Raw.

There's also talk that Seth Rollins will soon be challenging Bobby Lashley for the United States title.

The move could be the latest chapter in Triple H trying to elevate the United States Championship, with essentially two of WWE's top stars competing for what is a midcard title.

It's worth noting that the report states that Rollins could challenge Lashley for the belt "soon", so perhaps Triple H will look to completely conclude the Seth and Riddle story before moving both men onto new feuds.

Seth Rollins won't challenge Roman Reigns

It's worth noting that a lot of fans have speculated that Rollins could be one of Roman Reigns' next challengers for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

The pair have a lot of history together, dating back to their time together in The Shield, and Roman didn't actually pin Seth when the pair had their match at the Royal Rumble earlier this year.

However, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that Rollins won't be Reigns' challenger for his next title defence, which is slated to take place in Saudi Arabia on November 5.

Survivor Series dream match

If Rollins does beat Bobby Lashley for the US title fairly quickly, then perhaps WWE is going to look to set up a dream match at Survivor Series.

Should WWE go down the route of doing Raw v SmackDown matches for the show, then the Intercontinental Champion could be set to go one-on-one with the United States Champion.

If Seth wins the title and Gunther remains Intercontinental Champion, then the pair could be set for a mouth-watering clash at Survivor Series in November, something that will excite WWE fans across the world.
