WWE Raw last dealt with technical issues that were so bad that fans unfortunately missed an entire match.

Last night's episode of Raw was a rather newsworthy show, with IYO SKY and Dakota Kai beating Aliyah and Raquel Rodriguez to become WWE Women's Tag Team Champions.

However, unfortunately for WWE, Damage CTRL's tag team title win wasn't the only talking point coming out of last night's show.

What happened on WWE Raw last night?

During last night's episode of Monday Night Raw, Omos was slated for a squash match against two enhancement talents.

As Omos was making his way down to the ring, the feed for Raw was dealing with some pretty serious technical issues, as you can see below.

It took some time WWE to get the show back on air, as by the time the broadcast resumed, Omos' match was just ending, as noted by WrestleTalk.

Some fans speculated that this could be a work, as part of a way for Triple H to bring in a new spooky character, perhaps for an immediate feud with Omos.

However, that doesn't appear to have been the case, with the technical issues seemingly being 100% legitimate, as confirmed by Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp.

What are WWE's plans for Omos right now?

As for the plans that WWE has for Omos right now, those seem quite unclear, especially following Vince McMahon's retirement.

Omos was a big favourite of the ex-WWE CEO and Chairman, and it remains to be seen how Triple H intends on using the Nigerian giant.

Since Triple H was appointed as Head of Creative, Omos has only wrestled two matches on Raw, including the one last night that fans watching at home didn't even get to see.

It seems unlikely that Triple H is going to use Omos in as high-profile a spot as Vince did, but perhaps the fact he's wrestling limited matches is HHH's way of not trying to over-expose him at this stage.

Speculation that Omos' fortunes may change now that Triple H is in charge was fuelled when Braun Strowman returned last week, with many people feeling as if 'The Game' will focus on the former Universal Champion as his giant star.
