What is a FOV Slider?

For those who do not know, FOV stands for Field of View. This is the amount of gameplay that you can see on your TV screen when you are playing the game.

A Field of View slider allows players to decide how much of the game display they can see. You can increase it and decrease it. If you increase your FOV, you will be able to see a lot more of the game in front of you and this is what PC players have been able to do for years.

Many have suggested that this has given them somewhat of an unfair advantage, but now, players cannot complain anymore in Call of Duty as console players will be able to increase their FOV as well. The fact that it has been found on the PS5 suggests that it will also be on Xbox as well as Playstation.

In the past, console players have been stuck on 80, but now, they can join PC players in increasing their FOV up to 120.
