Jake Paul has named his top five YouTube boxers and unsurprisingly he’s put himself at the top of the list.

The 25-year-old has fought five times as a professional boxer and he currently has a perfect record – but some have questioned the quality of the opponents that he has faced.

He has beaten AnEsonGib, Nate Robinson, Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley twice, while fights with KSI and Tommy Fury have yet to come to fruition.

Jake Paul wants to 'respectfully' KO Anderson Silva

The US star has however agreed to a bout with MMA legend Anderson Silva in Arizona on October 29.

Speaking about his next opponent, he said: “Anderson Silva is the nicest guy in the world and we love him.

“If my opponent is a d***head, I’m gonna treat him like a d***head and beat his f***ing ass, and I think people have seen that side of me. But I respect this man.

“I’m still gonna knock him out, but respectfully knock him out. It won’t go more than five.”

Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva

YouTube star Jake Paul will take on UFC legend Anderson Silva in a boxing match in Arizona on October 29

If the former Disney star does beat Silva, it will make calls for a fight with KSI become that much louder.

Jake Paul names his best pound for pound YouTube boxers

Paul puts his brother Logan in second place on his YouTuber boxing list, despite him losing out to KSI in 2019.

KSI is in joint third place with Slim Albaher, who knocked out Faze Temperrr last month.

AnEsonGib was named in fourth with Doctor Mike and Faze Sensei rounding off the rankings in joint fifth position. That does mean that there is one notable absentee from the list.

Deji Olatunji is a former opponent of Paul – with the two fighting in an amateur contest in 2018.

The American won via knockout on the undercard of KSI’s first fight with Logan Paul.

Deji did win his first fight at the fourth attempt last month, when he destroyed Fousey at the O2 arena.

Floyd Mayweather to fight Deji?

That seemed to have caught boxing legend Floyd Mayweather’s attention and the unlikely opponents have reportedly agreed to a fight.

Mayweather has taken part in a number of exhibition bouts since he retired from professional boxing in 2017.

Deji teased his fans on Twitter earlier this week when rumours began to surface as he tweeted: “Fight announcement soon.”
