Erling Haaland's start to life at Manchester City has been the stuff of dreams.

Since arriving from Borussia Dortmund over the summer, the prolific Norwegian has swiftly been taken into the hearts of fans at the Etihad Stadium after finding the back of the net at an incredible rate.

Not only has the 22-year-old proved a hit on the pitch for his new club, but he also seems to be well-liked by the club's staff as well.

Following such a strong beginning to his time in Manchester, Haaland could be perhaps be forgiven for developing a bit of an ego.

However, City's new hero showed his class in the moments leading up to his side's Champions League clash with Dortmund on Wednesday evening - and the moment concerned has gone viral.

With kick-off quickly approaching, members of the City squad swiftly discarded their warm-up tops, with club kit man Brandon Ashton the man tasked with retrieving them.

The majority of the City squad appeared to simply launch their training bibs in Ashton's general direction, completely unbothered as to where they landed.

Jack Grealish, Kevin De Bruyne and Joao Cancelo are among those captured chucking training gear at their kit man - with Grealish's garment even hitting him flush in the face.

As Ashton scrambles to gather the numerous bibs now surrounding him, Haaland respectfully walks over to his colleague and hands him his warm-up top - seemingly the only City player to do so.

Having begun his evening with a refreshing show of respect, Haaland ended it in outrageous fashion.
