FIFA 23 is one of the most anticipated games of the year.

The EA Sports behemoth is set to release later this month, with the full release coming on October 30th, 2022, and the early access version being available from the 27th.

This week has seen the release of the web app, while EA Sports have continually issued further updates about what is to come in FIFA 23.

Ted Lasso is one such example of a new feature, with the fictional manager and AFC Richmond both set to be playable in the game.

Of course, one of the biggest game modes every year is Ultimate Team, and we now have confirmation of how much FIFA Points will cost in the new game.

EA has confirmed in their latest Pitch Notes piece ahead of the full release of the game that there have been changes made to the FIFA Points pricing and the bundles available.

EA has also posted the prices in US Dollars, which we have converted to GBP.

  • 100 FIFA Points: $0.99 (£0.88)
  • 250 FIFA Points: REMOVED
  • 500 FIFA Points: $4.99 (£4.42)
  • 750 FIFA Points: REMOVED
  • 1,050 FIFA Points: $9.99 (£8.85)
  • 1,600 FIFA Points: $14.99 (£13.28)
  • 2,800 FIFA Points (NEW): $24.99 (£22.13)
  • 4,600 FIFA Points: REMOVED
  • 5,900 FIFA Points: $49.99 (£44.27)
  • 12,000 FIFA Points: $99.99 (£88.55)

Now, it should be noted here that FIFA Points can be cheaper if you have an EA Play subscription but this is a good starting point.

It’s also interesting that EA Sports have taken steps to remove certain FIFA Point bundles.

They have explained: “In FIFA 23 we’re also making changes to our FIFA Points Bundles in the store to help simplify the experience when purchasing FIFA Points and to better align to choices we see players make. We removed some of the least popular bundles and added value to two commonly used bundles. When making these changes we’ve ensured that the updated bundles now have a more favourable price-per-FIFA Point and offer consistency with how we scale all of our bundle options.”

We’ll keep you updated when any new information comes to light.
