The charity match between Sidemen FC and YouTube All Stars on Saturday afternoon was an absolute thriller. For the first time in over four years, the event was hosted at the home of League One side Charlton Athletic and there were goals galore at The Valley.Sidemen FC eventually secured the bragging rights with an 8-7 victory, hat-trick hero Miniminter scoring the winner late on.The whole event was a lot of fun and there was some pretty good action as well. Chunkz netted an absolute screamer to put All Stars 1-0 up, while Sidemen FC's Tobi Brown produced a spectacular Trivela assist for his brother Manny to make it 7-7.But the the headline act from the match was undoubtedly YouTube sensation Speed, who is also known online as IShowSpeed.

Speed was the star of the show

The eccentric content creator produced a number of hilarious moments during his chaotic time on the pitch, with many of them going viral on social media.

One of the very best came in the first half of proceedings, when Speed tried to play like Manchester United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, the man he knowingly idolises.

Speed picked up the ball near the touchline and opted to try and replicate the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's trademark stepovers.

Sadly, his attempt at the display of skill didn't go to plan, because he was left on his backside just a few seconds later.

Check out footage of the rather hilarious moment...

Okay, we're fairly certain that footage will never not be funny. It really does look like something out of a comedy sketch.

The guy is just too funny.

As well as failing to produce a Ronaldo-esque burst down the wing, Speed appeared to show that he doesn't quite understand how football's offside rule works.

Those images are from the first half at The Valley and in the second 45 minutes of play, Speed felt the full wrath of the offside rule.

The famous YouTuber thought he'd scored a goal and even brought out Ronaldo's famous 'Siu' celebration, only to turn around and see that it had been disallowed by the linesman's flag.

You can't help but laugh...

Better luck next time, Speed.

After his eventful performance on Saturday, we feel certain he'll be invited to play in any future match hosted by The Sidemen.
