Tyson Fury has issued Anthony Joshua a final ultimatum following comments made by his promoter Frank Warren earlier this week.

Earlier this month, it was revealed that discussions are currently ongoing between the heavyweight pair over a proposed all-British showdown at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on December 3.

On Wednesday morning, Warren claimed that Joshua is in danger of missing out on an opportunity to get back into the world title picture following back-to-back defeats to Oleksandr Usyk if he doesn't put pen to paper by the end of the week.

That notion has been backed up by Fury, who said he is willing to look for someone else to fight instead if Joshua does not sign his side of the contract within 48 hours.

Tyson Fury issues final ultimatum to Anthony Joshua over contract negotiations: 'It shouldn't be taking this long'

"I was optimistic about three weeks ago but it shouldn't be taking this long to sign a contract," he told BT Sport per Sky Sports. "We'll know by Monday anyway because if it's not done by Monday I'm moving on.

"I'm not waiting around for some guy who's lost three of his last five fights. He's lucky that I'm giving him a world title shot, but I don't mind chucking him a bone you know, but I don't want them to start dictating s*** to me.

"He is an invited guest at my party, my rules. So if you want to play the game? Come to the banquet and take your seat."

Fury also revealed that he actually gave Usyk the chance to fight him instead, but the Ukrainian said he wouldn't be ready in time.

"We offered him [Usyk] the December 17 date in Saudi Arabia for the undisputed heavyweight championship of the world," he added.

"Everybody wanted that day and Usyk said he was injured and he couldn't do it till next year. And now he's saying I'm scared of him! I'll put this fist right through his face.

"I'm trying to get an opponent for December 3 and if AJ fights then I'll eat hay with the donkeys and if he doesn't then I'll fight somebody else. They're all running scared. I'll fight anybody, any time, any place."
